How much does a service call cost?

We offer competitive rates based on your location, type of appliance (gas or electric), and setup in-home (stacked/unstacked, large appliances, confined space) which may require a 2nd man to complete the work. You will be advised of all charges before our visit, or upon our initial visit if extra charges are applicable due to unforeseen circumstances

What is my warranty after service?

We guarantee our work and offer 30-day warranty on labour and 90-day warranty on parts installed. Please contact us at 613-820-8606 or service@regionalfactoryservices.com with any questions or concerns. Your satisfaction is our satisfaction!

How long will it take to get my appliance serviced?

The overall convenience of our customers is one of our top priorities. We aren’t happy until your appliance is performing properly. Our team understands that you live a busy life, which is why we aim to complete repairs upon initial visit, but if an additional visit is required due to parts or technical issues, we will strive to keep delays to a minimum.

Do you have insurance and WSIB coverage?

Yes, we are fully insured and certified by WSIB.

Why am I being asked to sign a damage waiver?

The technician should be able to repair your appliance without risk of damage to your flooring, cabinets, counters, walls or any other appliance or item in the vicinity.  Sometimes a customer is asked to sign a waiver if the area in which the appliance is installed has a high possibility of causing some damage to the immediate area in your home due to the installation. The technician will outline the reason and the risk to you, and give you the option to reschedule if you wish to make other arrangements to make the unit accessible to service.  This is only applicable when necessary to protect your home from damage.
